Weighbridge & Spares Team
Responsible for local & public weighbridge finances & statements. In addition they manage truck spares availability in the warehouse as well as procurement of spares used in the workshop.
Financial Accounts Team
Responsible for assisting with the accounts payable, accounts receivable & revenue tracking, payroll & reporting and financial statements.
Operations Team
Responsible for receiving customer requests, ensuring the cargo is loaded & dispatched on time, managing the cross-border documentation & tracking the fleet during transit so that they can give the customer ETA of the cargo.
Workshop Team
Responsible for truck maintenance, servicing & pre-check of wear & tear parts before dispatch.The team also does brake-pads, clutch & engine replacements to ensure the trucks are in good condition. We have a stringent checklist process when the trucks arrive from transit & before they get dispatched.
